Experts on international criminal justice, academics and members of civil society will be getting together in Cape Town in South Africa on 29 August for a one-day symposium under the banner “South Africa and international justice – Charting the way forward.” South Africa’s Justice Richard Goldstone, who is a member of the Africa Group for Justice and Accountability, elaborates on the purpose of the symposium.
The Africa Group for Justice and Accountability was launched on the sidelines of the International Criminal Court Assembly of States Parties on 23 November 2015 in the Hague.
