Wayamo is very pleased to share with you its 2022 annual report.
As it was for many of our partners and colleagues around the world, 2022 was a year of transitions for the Wayamo Foundation: a transition back to in-person activities, new and exciting projects, and a period of organisational and programming growth.
Thanks to Wayamo’s growing standing and expanding support, 2022 was both a busy and an exciting year for the organisation. In 2022, we organised 12 training workshops for a total of 149 participants in Abuja, Khartoum, Lagos, Nairobi and Pretoria. More than 120 participants attended our cultural event in Khartoum in September 2022.
We recognise that none of this would have been possible without the support of our donors. We thank each of them for their ongoing dedication to the team and its work. We look forward to our continued work together in addressing international crimes and human rights violations as well as engendering peace and justice in the coming year – and beyond!
